• Sales Department
  Our salesmen rely not on a prepackaged presentation because each client is different. In effect, they create a good relationship, ask questions to uncover needs, listen to answers to present ideas, information and proper solutions. Once the sale has been closed, each detail must be well processed and monitored.
  
   
• Marketing Unit
  Our marketing department ensures effective customer communication and strives to build lifetime relationships with customers.
  
   
• Liner Department
  Our liners are always up-to-date, mainly in terms of rates and sailing schedules, so that our customers are aware of the rapid changes in the shipping industry.
  
   
• Customer service Unit
  Our customer service desk is watchful and alert with any emergency and handles any complaint satisfactorily with an always-helpful tone of voice.
  
   
• Documentation and Delivery Departments
  Our documentation and delivery employees provide the correct and up-to-date local regulations, procedures and restrictions pertaining to custom manifests and bills of lading.
  
   
• Transshipment Department
  Beirut port has been officially hub for MSC since July 11, 2005. Port of Beirut serves as a T/S port for cargo destined  to Lattakia, Mersin, Izmir, Antalya, Thessaloniki, Ravenna and Trieste.
  
   
• Accounting Department
  Our accounting staff assumes the role of trustees, charged with protecting the financial interests of clients.

Our team, through industry knowledge, courtesy and interpersonal communication skills, form the vital link of matching any customer to all relevant shipping services.
